Adjustable backdate mounts for rear bumpers.
The mounts can be adjusted in all directions left/right, front/back and up/down (only for the variant for the multi-part rear bars) and enable easy adaptation to the vehicle, by also giving you multiple adjustment options.
The mounts can be used with all 911/930 G models (74-89). They are attached to the impact tubes mounting bracket on the car. The bracket for the chrome horn can also be adjusted radially, allowing the chrome horns to be aligned vertically.
The plate end of the mount, which will be mounted to the bumper corners, is provided with three oversized holes so that the individual corners can also be aligned. The corresponding aluminum brackets with screws are supplied loose so that they can be glued into the bumper corners during assembly/alignment.
The brackets are made of aluminum and are also powder-coated.
The Mounts are available in two versions:
- For one-piece GRP bumpers.
- For three-piece rear bumpers, both for the variant with a GRP bumper center section and two bumper corners, as well as for the combination of two bumper corners with a steel bumper center section.
Note: With the three-piece rear bumpers, the chrome horns on the GRP version can be placed over the GRP horns and glued. Alternatively, the GRP horns can also be painted in the vehicle color. With the steel middle part, our backdate holders enable the original chrome horns to be installed, like on a factory bumper.
The same backdate holders are also available for all 964/965 models.
